Our violins are upper end student and intermediate quality instruments with professional strings and set up. We carry mostly high quality Chinese instruments that are made for the American market. They are correctly set up with good woods and ebony or like quality fittings and include Eastman, Dunov and Artisan violins. Yamaha V3SKA
Available in 1/4-4/4 size. This entry-level violin provides beginners with an instrument that plays with a satisfying tone, while offering outstanding durability. Each instrument is handcrafted utilizing the same traditional methods that are used for high-end violins. Eastman VL200
The Eastman 200 violin has an excellent, rich sound, fine projection and a responsive feel. Handcrafted of select, seasoned tonewoods with an ebony fingerboard and boxwood fittings, these instruments have remarkable tonal quality resulting from exceptional workmanship.  The finish is nicely flamed maple with a hand-applied satin varnish.

Martin Beck
 The Martin Beck violin offers the advancing student a complex tone rich in harmonics to help a student perform with full tonal expression.  Crafted in Romania from aged spruce and maple, these violins are artfully antiqued in an amber varnish over a golden ground.  Refined, inspected and hand varnished in the USA by the violin shop of William Weaver.  Available in smaller sizes by special order.

Jurgen Klier

The German-made Jurgen Klier is a beautiful violin finished at the House of Weaver workshop in Bethesda, Maryland. Finely crafted in Morendorf, Germany with aged tonewood, the Klier possesses a warm, rich sound. Featuring gorgeous, highly flamed maple and a deep red to golden brown antique varnish.  Substantial complexity and power make this a perfect option for the advancing violinist wanting to stand out in auditions.  Excellent upgrade for the serious musician.  Available in smaller sizes by special order.

Hiroshi Kono
Crafted in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, the Hiroshi Kono label bears the Japanese Kanji, "美 音" which translates as "beautiful sound”.  This slender yet sonorous violin indeed has a beautiful sound, and many famous artists such as Joshua Bell and Michelle Kim own Hiroshi Kono violins.  Crisp, yet warm and complex, this violin provides very powerful projection for the strong player.  Beautifully and tastefully antiqued, with a one-piece back.  Perfect for the advanced student, discerning amateur, or budget-minded professional.
