Our repair department is located onsite and operates five days a week. We offer an appointment system where your instrument is scheduled for work on a specific day. You can keep your instrument until you drop it off the day before the appointment. It can then be picked up late on the appointment day or the next day. Smaller repairs can be left at the shop to fit between larger jobs, taking two days to two weeks depending on the time of year.
We need to see your instrument for an estimate before scheduling it. That usually happens while you wait and is free. Always call ahead to make sure the technician is in.
